Honoring our Clergy

We are deeply grateful and excited to announce that Rabbi Jason Mann MD, MPH, and Cantor Andrew Henry will be leading Congregation Beth Ohr’s 5784 High Holy Days Services. This important moment in our 60-year history will be in our Sanctuary in Studio City.

High Holy Days  5784

We invite you, as we have for over 50 years, to be with us at any or all of our High Holy Days services and for our monthly Shabbat and Torah Study services in this upcoming year of 5784, led by Rabbi Jason Mann and Cantorial Soloist Andrew Henry.

Following three years on Zoom, we sincerely hope that you are inclined to join us and renew your sense of community by coming together in meaningful contemplation, this time, in person. To serve us all, we have planned a combination of in-person and online services broadcasting from our home base in the Unitarian Universalist Church of Studio City.

We will conform to LA Health Dept guidelines at the time. Iif our city re-enters a high state of alert, we will require masking. Additionally, we will be adding several small air purifiers to complement the existing ceiling fans and AC in the sanctuary’s 2 story-high ceiling, and offering plenty of room for social distancing in the sanctuary.
